Cancellation Policy
Due to our high volume of patient care, we are able to serve all our patients better if our office receives two (2) FULL business day’s notice to cancel an appointment. If you do not keep your appointment we cannot see other patients who need care. In order to encourage our patients to provide us with enough notice, a charge will be made for broken appointments when less than the necessary two (2) business days' notice is given. We realize, of course, that emergencies do happen, and our office will make exceptions when deemed appropriate.
Financial Policy
As a condition of your treatment by this office, financial arrangements must be made in advance. The practice depends upon reimbursement from patients for the costs incurred in their care. Financial responsibility on the part of each patient must be determined before treatment.
Insurance Companies
We accept all PPO dental insurance plans, and as a courtesy to our patients, we will complete and submit all insurance claims on their behalf, however we are not contracted with any specific insurance carriers. If you have any questions please feel free to call.
